1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Three Sevens Creative LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Three Sevens Creative LLC is a parent company that develops, publishes, and distributes digital products and services including:
- Software applications and platforms (web and mobile)
- Audio software and VST plugins
- Digital tools and utilities
- SaaS (Software as a Service) products
- Game software
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Purchases and Payment

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or exploit our content without explicit written permission.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with operating and providing our services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
