Accessibility

1. Our Commitment
We want everyone to be able to use Three Sevens Creative, including people who rely on a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the W3C, and we treat an accessibility barrier as a bug.
If anything on this site gets in your way, email [email protected] and we will help you finish what you were doing.
2. How We Have Checked
On 2026-10-10 we audited the code of this site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, together with automated accessibility checks (axe) on the public pages: the home page, products, projects, about, contact, support and sign-in pages, and the terms and privacy policy. We fixed the problems that audit could fix directly, and listed the rest under Known Limitations below.
That audit did not reach checkout, the library or the account pages. We have not yet tested the site using only a keyboard, or with a screen reader. Until we have, treat the list below as what we aim for, not a promise that every page meets it, and tell us about any barrier you meet. We will update this page when that testing is done.
3. What We Have Built In
These are in the site’s code. Section 2 says how far they have been tested.
- Headings, page landmarks and labelled form fields, and a link to skip straight to the main content
- A visible outline on the link or button that has keyboard focus
- Page changes announced to screen readers, as they would be on a traditional website
- Respect for your reduced-motion setting: animations finish at once, and loading indicators turn slowly
4. Known Limitations
These are the barriers we know about and have not fixed yet, with a way around each:
- Checkout: If checkout cannot start, the error message is not announced by screen readers, and neither is the loading state. The Terms and Refund Policy links beside the consent box open in a new tab without saying so. Email [email protected] and we will help you complete the purchase.
- Sign-in and account forms: Form titles are not marked up as headings, most errors appear only in a short-lived notification, there is no option to show your password as you type it, some fields do not tell your browser what to fill in, and required fields are not marked. If you cannot sign in or change a setting, email [email protected] and we will do it with you.
- Library: The buttons that reveal and copy a license key are named only by a tooltip, which some screen readers do not read, and are smaller than recommended. Download buttons say only "Download", without the product name, and the button that cancels a machine deactivation has no name. Email [email protected] and we will send your license keys and download links as text, or deactivate a machine for you.
- Product screenshots: The main screenshot does not say that it opens a full-size viewer, and moving between images in that viewer is not announced. Email [email protected] and we will send a written description of the screenshots.
- Gifts: If a gift recipient's email address is not valid, the error message is not linked to the field for screen readers. Email [email protected] and we will help you send the gift.
- Download email form: In the window that asks for your email before a download, the close button has no spoken name and an invalid-email message is not announced. Press Escape to close it, or email [email protected] and we will send you the download link.
- Product documents (license agreements and changelogs): Headings do not start from a page title, every link in the document opens in a new tab, the breadcrumb above it is not labelled, and the tab title does not name the product. Email [email protected] and we will send the document as plain text.
- Navigation menu on small screens: While the menu is open, its close button sits outside it, so keyboard and screen-reader users cannot reach the button with Tab. Press Escape to close the menu, or choose any link in it.
- Account menu: The account button in the header is announced by your name or initials rather than as an account menu, and the highlighted item inside the menu is hard to see. Go straight to /library or /settings, or email [email protected] and we will help.
- Cart: The cart button does not say how many items are in the cart. Open the cart: its title reads the count.
- Home page card gallery: Each card reports a pressed state that follows which card is selected rather than whether it is turned over. The Products and Projects pages list the same items as plain links.
- Links to other sites: Some links, including on our About, Contact and sub-processors pages, open in a new tab without saying so. Use your browser’s tab list or back gesture to return to this site.
- Across the site: The outline of a text field is faint against the dark background, which can make fields hard to find. The browser’s own page scroll bar is replaced by one that works only with a mouse. Scrolling works as usual with the keyboard, mouse wheel and trackpad. If a field is hard to find, email [email protected] and we will help with what you were doing.
5. Third-Party Content
Payment is completed in a checkout operated by Paddle, which is responsible for its accessibility. If it gets in your way, contact us and we will help you complete your purchase another way.
Links to other websites, and any media embedded from them, are outside our control. Tell us if one causes you a problem and we will look for an alternative.
6. Feedback and Help
If you find a barrier, or need anything on this site in a different format, email [email protected]. It helps to tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser and assistive technology you use.
We reply within 5 business days. Where a fix takes longer, we will get you the information or complete the task with you another way in the meantime.
